Jocelyn M. Choo
Jocelyn Choo is a postdoctoral researcher in the Microbiome and Host Health group at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute and Flinders University. She is a microbiologist specialising in microbial ecology. Her research is focused on gut microbiome and host interactions, where she investigates how interventions such as nutrition and pharmaceuticals impact these relationships, to understand their role in health and diseases.
