Kate Riley
Kate is currently studying for a PhD in Healthcare Textiles, researching the survival of microorganisms on different fibre types. The work is also assessing the effect of temperature/time and detergent on the survival of microorganisms.
Kate is also the Technical Instructor for Textile Testing at De Montfort University, supporting undergraduate lessons and final year projects.
